Just when you thought it was all over and Blues were staring down the barrel at yet another home defeat, Jukey forced the ball over the line deep into injury time after Dean had forced a save from the Charlton keeper.

An evening that started well with a goal in the first five minutes, ended in abject defeat and a managerless club going into the last four games of the season only four points ahead of the relegation zone.

Fulham 1 – Blues 0

Blues suffered that most cruel of fates, the winner deep into injury time, on the banks of the Thames, just as it looked as if they were going to hold out for a valuable point to keep them clear of the relegation zone.
